    Michael is the Founder and CEO of Profound Cloud, an award-winning IT consulting firm that helps businesses save time and money using innovative technologies that make them more efficient. Michael’s forward-thinking approach to technology recently earned his company a spot on CRN’s Next-Gen 250 list of solution providers that are on the cutting edge of technology and business model shifts. Profound Cloud was also the recipient of a 2013 Silver Stevie International Business Award for their outstanding customer service practices.

    Having served the IT needs of clients in numerous industries, along with being a business owner and entrepreneur himself, Michael has a keen appreciation of the challenges business owners face and an acute knowledge of solutions that succeed. With a background that spans from Software Development to Theatrical Design, including having worked on Tony award winning theatrical productions, such as the original Broadway productions of The Light in the Piazza and Rabbit Hole, Michael understands the importance of working as a team and how technology plays a role in all facets of our lives.

    Michael is an avid speaker on the topics of technology, productivity, and entrepreneurship. He attended New York University and is a graduate of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses initiative.

    Jason’s primary focus, above all else, is to ensure that Profound Cloud’s customers are receiving the highest quality of customer service from the Deployment and Support team.

    Jason’s enterprise sales and channel success is defined by the delivery of project and relationship management methodologies. His vast knowledge in solution selling and history of cloud technology implementations helps drive revenue and expand opportunities of all shapes and sizes. His last several years spent in the public cloud sector has established Jason as a known leader in the partnering cloud ecosystem. His partner strategy mindset and knowledge with cloud technology boosts his ability for both managing and selling enterprise level opportunities.

    Much of his success is a direct result of his hands-on customer-facing approach. He continues to refine his skill set while pursuing a M.S. in Information Technology Leadership at La Salle University and maintaining an active membership of the National Golden Key Honor Society. When not studying, Jason’s free time is spent with his best friend and wife, Christine.

    Senior Account Executive

    Kyle Ingrelli joined the Profound Cloud team in 2009, bringing over a decade of professional IT experience with him. Before he was delivering smiles to our clients’ faces, Kyle worked with numerous small businesses, non-profits, startups and multinational corporations to support and improve their IT infrastructure. A true enthusiasm for technology and passion for client satisfaction are the secrets of his success.

    Having served as the lead technician on countless technology implementation projects across many business sectors including Health Care, Banking, Insurance and Software Development, Kyle excels at dissecting complex IT problems and pursuing solutions efficiently. His body of work includes implementing a network based IV Pump system in hospitals for a global pharmaceutical firm, upgrading and rolling out new technology to branch office locations across the country for a major regional bank, and serving on the technology advisory board for a community-based nonprofit.

    In addition to his technical background, his previous four years of first-hand experience as a small business owner managing a staff of twelve employees gives Kyle a unique insight into the challenges and constraints that small business owners face when confronting technology.

    When he’s not solving your problems, Kyle enjoys metal detecting at New York City’s parks and beaches. Kyle is also the official coffee connoisseur of our team. Next time he’s rescuing you from a technology debacle, be sure and ask him about his coffee du jour.

  • DESMOND WEST

    Support Team Lead

    Desmond joined the Profound Cloud team in 2008, bringing with him industry standard A+ and Network+ certifications and years of face to face technical customer service experience. With a special aptitude and penchant for computers and technology, he has been in specialized programs and schools for computers from as early as the fourth grade. The quintessential “people person”, Desmond can talk even the biggest technophobe from off that ledge and solve your computing issues with a genuine smile.

    Desmond is currently a Dean’s List student enrolled as a Computer Science and Media Studies major at Hunter College. He is always eager to learn about the latest technologies, spending hours each week reading technology blogs and reports and is an active member of the Association for Computing Machinery.

    Aside from being a support superstar, Desmond is known around the office for his affinity for music from the 80’s and 90’s.

    Help Desk Specialist

    Greg joined Profound Cloud in early 2014 as a Help Desk Specialist, bringing over 10 years of experience in information technology. Clients rave about his knowledge and exemplary customer service capabilities and his patience. His “put people first” mentality and Industry Standard CompTIA A+ Certification make him a valuable asset to Profound Cloud and our customers.

    When Greg is not educating and supporting our clients, you’ll likely find him year round (rain, shine, or even snow!) playing flag football– he’s not too bad either!

    Help Desk Specialist

    Jumaan joined Profound Cloud in 2015, bringing six years of experience in managed services and a sterling track record of outstanding customer service. A certified Google Apps administrator, Jumaan believes in going the extra mile to meet needs and address problems, and enjoys the daily interactions with clients.

    In addition to staying current on trends in consumer technology and information services, Jumaan is also a proud supporter of New York’s repertory film societies. The skills he’s honed as a writer are particularly valuable to facilitate clear, direct and personable communication to Profound Cloud’s customers.

    Help Desk Specialist

    Darik Knutsen first joined the Profound Cloud team as a help desk specialist in 2012, he returns to Profound cloud in 2015 bringing with him over 8 years of professional IT experience. He took his first helpdesk job as a sophomore in college, working part-time as a full-time student. After graduation he became the sole help-desk provider for an Anesthesiology department in a Chicago hospital. Most recently, Darik was the IT Helpdesk and Systems Administrator for a NYC based law firm with over 40 employees. Darik enjoys monkeying with his 4 linux computers at home, and in case you’re wondering- yes, he has “read the manual”.

    When he’s not working with electronics, Darik enjoys tutoring young kids in Math and English. He is also a trained classical singer who’s not afraid to belt out an aria or music theater number when asked.
