When building Profound Cloud, we set out to create an environment that was driven by a positive customer experience. Our staff is comprised of seasoned IT professionals and talented help desk specialists who bring with them a range of experience that benefits our clients.

With a strong focus on customer service proficiency, our team members are selected for their ability to communicate and understand our clients’ needs as well as their technical abilities. Our intensive training program ensures that each member understands what People First IT means and how to deliver exemplary IT Support and customer service.


Michael Spadaro, President

Michael Spadaro, President and Chief IT SpecialistMichael Spadaro founded Profound Cloud in 2007 with the belief that small to mid-sized business owners often weren't getting the high quality IT support they deserved. Building upon his previous experience in private IT Consulting, Michael’s commitment from day one was simple - provide the most positive customer experience possible, from the initial phone call to the final resolution. Under Michael’s leadership, the company has grown from a one-man operation to a well-oiled team of IT experts and support specialists, serving businesses in New York and around the globe.

With a background that spans from Software Development to Theatrical Design, including having worked on Tony award winning productions, such as the original Broadway productions of The Light in the Piazza and Rabbit Hole, Michael understands the importance of working as a team and how technology plays a role in all facets of our lives. Having served the IT needs of clients in numerous industries, along with being a business owner and entrepreneur himself, Michael has a keen appreciation of the challenges business owners face and an acute knowledge of solutions that succeed.

Michael lives in Queens with his lovely wife, an adorable puppy, and a grumpy asthmatic cat. When speaking with him about your IT solution, be sure to ask about his latest board game obsession or cocktail creation.


Kyle Ingrelli, Account Manager

Google Apps Certified Sales Specialist Reseller

Kyle Ingrelli, Account Manager & Business IT Specialist Kyle Ingrelli joined the Profound Cloud team as Account Manager and Business IT Specialist in 2009, bringing over a decade of professional IT experience with him. Before he was delivering smiles to our clients’ faces, Kyle worked with numerous small businesses, non-profits, startups and multinational corporations to support and improve their IT infrastructure. A true enthusiasm for technology and passion for client satisfaction are the secrets of his success.

Having served as the lead technician on countless technology implementation projects across many business sectors including Health Care, Banking, Insurance and Software Development, Kyle excels at dissecting complex IT problems and pursuing solutions efficiently. His body of work includes implementing a network based IV Pump system in hospitals for a global pharmaceutical firm, upgrading and rolling out new technology to branch office locations across the country for a major regional bank, and serving on the technology advisory board for a community-based nonprofit.

In addition to his technical background, his previous four years of first-hand experience as a small business owner managing a staff of twelve employees gives Kyle a unique insight into the challenges and constraints that small business owners face when confronting technology.

When he’s not solving your problems, Kyle enjoys metal detecting at New York City’s parks and beaches. Kyle is also the official coffee connoisseur of our team. Next time he’s rescuing you from a technology debacle, be sure and ask him about his coffee du jour.

Desmond West

Google Apps Certified Deployment Specialist Reseller

Desmond West, Help Desk Services Desmond joined the Profound Cloud team in 2008, bringing with him industry standard A+ and Network+ certifications and years of face to face technical customer service experience. With a special aptitude and penchant for computers and technology, he has been in specialized programs and schools for computers from as early as the fourth grade. The quintessential "people person", Desmond can talk even the biggest technophobe from off that ledge and solve your computing issues with a genuine smile.

Desmond is currently a Dean's List student enrolled as a Computer Science and Media Studies major at Hunter College. He is always eager to learn about the latest technologies, spending hours each week reading technology blogs and reports and is an active member of the Association for Computing Machinery.

Aside from being a support superstar, Desmond is known around the office for his affinity for music from the 80's and 90's.


Daniel Aragon

Daniel Aragon Help Desk SpecialistDaniel Aragon joined the Profound Cloud team as a help desk specialist in 2010, bringing with him recent experience as an on-site project manager for a major nationwide telecommunications provider, as well as over a decade of knowledge gained from being a technology enthusiast. Daniel enjoys bringing his love of technology to others, and is always up for the challenge of untangling your most daunting IT quandaries.

Daniel is a long-time New Yorker who currently lives in the borough of Brooklyn, but having friends in The Bronx means that he is no stranger to NYC’s subway system. He will always welcome the chance to hop the next train from our office to a client’s location at a moment’s notice to save the day.


RJ Tholl

RJ Tholl, IT Help DeskRJ Tholl joined Profound CLoud as a Help Desk Specialist in 2012. He brings with him ten years of varied technical support and consulting experience. Stints with Webex, Cisco, and Sunshine Suites helped to shape RJ into a rounded support professional with corporate and small business experience. His many years of support experience with sole proprietors, boutique retail operations, doctor, dental, and law offices in and around the cities of Portland Maine and Boston have given him an appreciation and passion for working with small businesses.

RJ now Lives in midtown manhattan in the neighborhood of Hells Kitchen where he is now well known among the teenagers and children for throwing 3 on 3 basketball tournaments in Matthews Palmer Park. Outside of reading about technology and computing RJ is an avid runner, urban explorer, dog owner, backyard scientist, and foodie.
